Before establishing A&L, founding partners Kevin G. Abrams and J. Travis Laster were directors of Richards, Layton & Finger, one of Delaware’s oldest and largest law firms.  After more than thirty years combined experience at their prior firm, Kevin and Travis formed A&L to create a more specialized and focused platform that would have greater flexibility to represent a wider range of clients in both offensive and defensive roles.
